Within 15 days of receiving your first Investment check, you must file Form D online with the SEC

Form D is filed online, and further information can be obtained by Googling “filing Form D.”
I provide my clients with information about Form D requirements, including a direct telephone number provided by the SEC to answer questions about filing Form D.
I recommend applying for the CIK number from the SEC before you begin the capital-raising solicitation. This is relatively straightforward and done online. You will need to complete your PPM before applying for the CIK number.
