This document is provided to the investor; please include your business plan as an addendum. Whether or not they invest, the investor keeps the PPM.
Not including the pages in your business planThe investor signs this document and returns it to you with their investment check. It also serves as a receipt and proof that you have given the investor the Offering Documents.
The investor signs the Operating Agreement and returns it to you with the Subscription Agreement and their check. Note: Many firms charge an additional fee for creating this document. We don't.
Only necessary if organized as an LLCThe investor's answers to these questions will allow you to classify the investor as an "accredited or non-accredited investor."
Upon receiving your initial payment, I will provide you with a list of talking-point questions.
'Talking Points' answers, I will provide written recommendations based on your answers. We will then begin discussions and finalize your offering structure and the terms you will offer your investors. When done, you will have made all the decisions about the structure of your offering (PPM) and will understand the reasons for your choices.
It will take 10–14 business days to complete the offering documents once the client has finalized all information for inclusion in the PPM.
The fee is $3,800, paid in two equal installments. There are no additional or hidden charges.
Work begins the next day after receipt of the 1st payment.
Credit Cards: I accept all major credit cards.

Financing: When paying by credit card, you can choose to finance the invoice. No interest is charged if the loan is paid in full within 6 months.
